"I had a lot of these cutting habits and I wanted to end it. It was a really weird phase that I have grown out of but those moments were very real, even though, I can’t remember the exact moment I cut myself, how I was feeling, you know. In some spat of anger, I would just take out a surgical knife and start cutting myself. During this particular incident I had to be hospitalized. I wanted to put an end to this. So I got a tattoo of a Vajra. The Vajra is so strong that it will cut through anything but it wont cut itself. So after I got this, I told myself I am not gonna cut myself any more. I wanna cut through everything, my anger, all of life's challenges and the issues I deal with. Just not myself."_x000D_ _x000D_ - Ujala Shrestha, Met her in Patan Durbar Square
