That Night!

"It's a vivid recollection. I was on a pilgrimage. They woke up and asked us to get off the bus. It was dark but I could see it was an open ground, almost the size of a football field. We were to spend the night on the field - no bed, no pillows, no blankets. If I remember correctly, this was the chilly night of January, very long ago. I will never forget that winter night.
