"This is my second life. By this time I would already have started drinking. My relationship with my family and friends were turning sour because of my drinking. I see so many homeless alcoholics suffer in the street and I know I could also be one of them if I continued. It's sad that our society doesn't understand that alcoholism is a disease like any other and alcoholics are stigmatized and don't get proper support for recovery.
