September 2014, I had visited Thulgaon in Pipaltaar, Nuwakot and spent a few days with the Kumals listening to their stories. I also got to understand their livelihood and formed a special bond with the villagers. Saturday, I took a ride in my scooter to revisit them, to see how they were doing. It was a delight to see them again and everyone welcomed me into their homes. I got to meet with more villagers and also got a chance to show some of the stories I had shared with you (pics below). I will be sharing new stories of the Kumals in the next several post. Let's call it ‪#‎revisitingthekumals‬.
