He showed up at the village in Kavre we were distributing relief supplies. He could not speak so he took out a pen, wrote this and showed it to us. “This is not done, Sir. I am not from here, what do I do? I need one tarp.” We had limited tarps so we discussed among the villagers and decided to accommodate his needs. He then happily left with a tarp and a bucket full of relief supplies. If anyone here can help procure tarps, please do inform._x000D_
