“I am 90 years old. Most are faded and distant memories. But I remember, once, I was walking with my father to the temple and he had bought me sweets – some for me and some for offering. Outside the temple there was a boy who was begging. He asked me for food. My father looked at me and told me to give him the sweets. At first, I declined. But my father sat me by the side and said, “Son, if you give this to this boy who is hungry, then God will make sure you will never go hungry.” And, I gave my sweets to the boy.”
