“He was a unionist of Nepal Transport Workers Association. He was declared the 18th martyr of Janaandolan – II, 2006. Khadka was from Hetauda, was shot by police during a peaceful protest in Kalanki. According to Kathmandu Model Hospital press release Khadka was killed because the government used excessive force.”
