“Dad’s passion is music. I guess the love for music in me came from him. He grew up in Darjeeling and when he moved to Nepal he brought along with him his instruments. However, I think he had to give up his passion for his career and family. It must have been really hard for musicians back then. Even today, it’s hard to rely on music to pay the bills, let alone for living. So my father worked as a teacher all his life to support his family.”
What do you do?
“I teach music to keep our passion alive.”
