As I climbed down after visiting the last shelter, I met him. He was busy helping the young install a shelter. For a minute, I watched him work – a hardworking man, a man who worked without saying anything, doing what was in front of him with complete honesty. I went near him and asked him what his name was. He told me his name but I could not understand what he said because of his lisp. Someone yelled, ‘Kumar Thapa”. I listened closely to hear him say, “My house has come down too. When this is complete, I will go make mine.” (Met him in Shyamsadhu, Ghumthang 7, Sindhupalchok)
